colorado truck stops with lot lizards

this goes out to the g/f's / wives of truckers and to the truckers themselves

just what gives at these colorado truckstops ? i've been told that lot lizard's are not so prevelant in colorado as on the east coast?

i have been involoved with a trucker for about 2 years and here lately i am questioning his behavior? i now find myself asking about these women of the trucker's nights out on the road in colorado.

`I am a trucker and right now I am single...but if I had someone at home or a trucker friend...it would be difficult because the lot lizzards are every where and I have seen marereied men at truck stops with lot lizzards.....now if my man rode or co drove with me then i could see what goes on but without him with me I don't think i could do the trust thing...

`I think men are men, no matter what the profession. If a man wants to cheat he will not only find an opportunity but MAKE the opportunity happen. Besides, infidelity isnt about the relationship for a cheater its a character flaw in that person. The problem with women is we tend to take it personally as if we did something wrong.
As far as the lot lizard thing goes, he could be cruising the local red light district for a quickie or looking up an old girlfriend from high schoool, pickin up the real drunk chix at the bar down the street. A cheater is a cheater.
If you suspect your olman is cheating chances are good he is, ya gotta go with your gut. I personally would prefer to be alone than to deal with the BS of a cheater (the signs are there early on if you pay attention).
My Mom told me men have 3 emotions, hungry, sleepy, h----... not always in that order.... if you keep that in mind you may begin to understand the nature of the beast as it were...lol.
Now if your man was raised right, and has respect for you, values the relationship, and knows how to control himself you have found a man with "MORALS".
I personally never go into a relationship looking for lack of charachter, but if you pay attention you will see soon enough what the person is all about. Dont allow it to jade you, look at it as a learning experience and go on.

`Character ischaracter, whether it be a man or woman, loyalty is a trait that is hard to come by these days. It is difficult to be separated for long periods of time, I always figured it is best to be honest, and do the right thing. If someone can't, they should take the necessary steps to be single, for the benefit of both people involved.

`Hmmmm-Denver is my kick off base and have never heard a lot lizard use the radio in any of the lots. Of course I do not look for them either and figure they do what they do and no concern of mine as long as they do not pound on my door. They will catch a word or two at that is not kind at that point.

I do remember the days of old when lot lizards were even popular in certain rest areas--back east. One just avoided using them, unless they had notion for such.

With the economic down turn--lot lizards will be on the increase as smokies are to collecting well needed revenue these days.

`I have been approached by lot lizards a number of times in my 15 years driving. I have never banged one, not that I am such a moral man, but diseases, STDs, getting robbed, arrested. I need the woman I am with to like me, to want me, to enjoy it. If you need a quick release, better to take matters in your own hands. ( I am not saying I do that), but I am saying no, I never had and I never will do a lot lizard.
