Tri pac APU

Im an owner operator and in march had a tri pac apu installin on my truck its a life saver and saved me a bunch of money on fuel. But I have recently come across a problem no one can seem to find. Upon start up the unit will run but then when the AC condencer fan and AC pump kick on it bogs the engine down causing it to stall. Units not over charged with freon and just had it serviced. Was wondering if anybody has run into a similar problem with the unit, already had it in one shop they were clueless and takin it to Thermo King will cost me an arm and a leg plus down time for a potentially easy fix. Only thing i can think of is maybe a fuel relay since it seems to stall out when it should be throttling up. Any suggestion on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
