anyone know a prime inc instructor

my application has been accepted by prime but they are having trouble finding me an instructor cause i am a female they dont have any female instructors avaliable at this time and dont know of any male instructors who can take a female trainee. i want to drive and get on road asap, all i hhave ever wanted to do is drive.

`heck i'd like to know why prime is a scam i make money w/ them yea they have become a common carrier (not my prefrence)but, i'm a trainer wont instruct not for me i have a friend that was an instructor (and a lease driver) i think if there's a shortage of instructors there its because of frieght-rates on the lease end and the fact that every couple of years they have to take a refresher course so that they are upto date on the laws that have changed i know he is at a loss when he has a student on the truck because he doesnt see a return on the amount of time someone is with him untill they get their cdl and then again when they get off a trainers truck and into their own. and about men training women from what i can gather all you have to do is scream s----l herasment and we may loose our job and truck if we're lease i know its not a very good answer and second hand speculation but i hope it helps a lil if u havent already gotten an answer or an instructor

`Years ago Primes lease was outrageous, Huge baloon payments at the end if you wanted to buy the truck, Yes males train females " I have been a trainer at a couple of companies" and yes training females as a male is sticky business, but then again male trainers and trainees can still be a mess, Prime has ALOT of rules that you must fit into, they pay you " the trainee " well while your training, just starting out in trucking, you'll likley switch companies a few times till you find your fit. I can tell you STAY AWAY from C.R. England, unless your a trainer you'll never make squat, their verrible mileage is outrageous, I have known a few people who leased at prime, one trained one didn't, one drove for england before going to prime, both were happy with the money.
