TRUCKERS wanted for DOCUMENTARY FILM
PLEASE NOTE - I have recieved permission from the Trucker Passions site to post this announcement, it is not spam, we are really interested in talking to individual truckers for our project.
We are looking for a diverse group of individuals who are willing to share their opinions of our current government, issues surrounding the next presidential election and how that affects you as an individual and a truck driver. You are America's lifeline and we want to hear from you.
The hope would be to gain some perspective on how people across America view the direction our country is going in and whether or not they feel they are an active and effective part of the political process, as well as what issues being fought over in the race to the white house are most important to you.
We are not looking to push any specific point of view, but we are looking for honest opinions. In the end we hope this project will be an honest portrayal of our country and the vastly different views and opinions that define us as a nation. We are not connected with any political party, politician or news organization, but rather 2 filmmakers trying to find our voices and discover why it is now more important than ever to understand and participate in our political system. Please take a look at our website.
The director, Graeme is interested in traveling with (short or long) truckers who are willing to share their views with him. I have included our current travel schedule below. If you have a route that travels between any of these areas on or around these dates and would be willing to let Graeme ride along with you for any period of time, please contact me at the email below.
We will be scheduling more trips across the country later this year, so if your route takes you through other parts of the country and you are interested in participating please let us know.
