Anybody work for this company? I liked what I read on their website....I would like to get some perspective from those who actually drive for this company...Pay & Benefits? Hometime? and Training....I will be a student/new driver.....Thoughts anyone?

`Check out Interstate Distributor Co, if ya got 6 months exp they will hire ya. .32 a mile, Insurance, 401K Free showers and laundry at terminals. Dry Van and Reefer, Getting new trucks all the time. Autoshift and straight 10 trucks, Freightliner Columbia's and Volvo 780's.

`They asre a ok company, but their doctor is REALLY picky...refused to certify me because of injury from the Iraq war...after i had worked at western express for a year!!!!

`Interstate Dis. Co. there great I rarely get calls from there that one of there trucks breaks down.
