I have been a professional in the parts/service sector of the heavy truck industry for the last 30 years. I am looking forward to chatting with any or all of you regarding your views on the parts and service sector of the trucking industry in an effort to try and resolve some of the issues you face in getting your parts,service and maintenance requirements fulfilled. Having been on the other side of the counter for 30 years I understand what challenges are faced from that perspective and I also understand a lot of the challenges from the drivers perspective. I have some ideas on how to bridge that gap and I could really use your input. Anyone reading this wishing to share some perspectives, rants or raves, about anything pertaining to industry challenges in the area of parts and service, or if you wish to ask me more about my ideas then please drop me a line.
