Been trying to mail a couple of people but keep getting the message that the person is not accepting e mails. Anyone know whats wrong or is it something the other party is doing ( wrong).

Please review the 'Block Management' section within the 'My Account' area for information on default contact restrictions.

Based on your comments, our guess is that you are trying to contact members within the U.S. or Canada, who have not chosen to receive messages from members located within your country.
