I am looking to meet someone new. Just turned 48 but people say I look in my 20's and 30's (that's nice!) I have always been pretty much of a loner but yet I do have a social aspect about me as well. The relationships I have had were intense and close and that is fine...however, I may consider a more care-free friendship in order to meet new people. This is my first time joining a site of this type. My one son is grown and now I am trying a new thing here.
I like a quiet but adventerous life...I have not had the good fortune to travel but would love to - - at least some of the time... with someone who is honest, an excellent-safe driver, with an all around good personality - - towards me and others. I am a very good driver and love to drive. I am not a big "crowd" type of person and could possibly be a good partner for the road or for someone to come home to
I'm not perfect and don't expect you to be either. But one thing is important -- that you are genuine.
I am a nature-lover...down-to-earth type and I like to pick up on the beauty in all things. I know that sounds frilly but I will have to re-vamp this description later. Just trying to get myself in the system for now and start the ball rolling.
I like kids but my one is grown and out of the house. I love dogs and most all pets. I pretty much grew up on Southern Rock, Blues and now like Smooth Jazz...love all types of music really.
Born elsewhere but raised in sunny Florida. And, boy would I like to experince "all four seasons." I would love to hear all the stories you have from the road and your life that you'd care to share.

I once began studying for my CDL and was going to head out on the open road. But I changed my mind on it as a full-time career. I would like to meet a nice guy that does drive and who might like to meet someone who could - eventually - be a great friend (or more).
