I miss driving OTR!(15yrs) Sometimes even the bad, annoying and boring stuff. Although I confess to having said on more than one occasion, "I'm glad I don't have to be in Chicago in the morning". What I miss most is the variety in my day, seeing new(and strange) sites, meeting new (and strange) people, running into old friends, arguing with my dispatcher (just kidding), Brief moments of terror then realizing your still alive, and funny Trucker humor that nobody else gets. I am a positive,loyal and happy person that looks for the same in my friends. Just one thing missing... I miss being around trucks and drivers.
