Currently I am a company driver and I work for about 11-14 days then home for 3 or 4, I drive for a company out of the Twin Cities area, and I drive a new 2007 Volvo but would eventually like to own my own truck.
Like every job, trucking has its ups and downs, but perhaps the worst part is the being alone and not having anyone to be with and spend my down time with. Of course the "hurry up and wait" game gets old also.
