I'm currently driving OTR for a mid-size national carrier based in Iowa. It gets me all over our beautiful country & home to the Northeast when I want some down time.
I thought to myself, Why not start looking for another driver who's ready for a dating relationship too? Someone who has similar values and goals in life?
Good looks are great, yet what matters most to me is the man inside. I'm most attracted to a man's good character and Christian values. I've been a Christian since I was a teenager. It's important to me to share a similar faith with that special person.
As we get older, it's important we take care of ourselves. I don't smoke. I exercise & eat as healthy as possible in the truck. I'm learning all about green tea, protein meal bars, vitamins, the list goes on. No really...I aspire to be in good shape body & soul.
I find colorful moments of joy in each day. Sometimes it's an effort, yet I stay positive and upbeat. I have no children. I have my own place. My parents & siblings all live in Massachusetts close by. When I'm at home or out on the road, I make sure to get myself to church service on a regular basis. It does your heart good & helps put problems into a different perspective.
I love spending time in natural surroundings. I love kayak boating, camping, walking, hiking, and swimming. I taught myself to snow shoe years ago and love getting outdoors in winter months. I like girlie stuff too like scrapbooking, crafts, and shopping. I love cooking.
